A: For all our ECU programmers, including New Genius, K-TAG, KESS V2, and FGTech, you can read data from the old ECU and write it to a new ECU. However, these tools are not designed to edit the ECU data directly. For ECU data modification, we recommend using ECM Titanium software available on our website or other ECU file editing software. After modifying the file, it is crucial to use checksum correction tools, often included with editing software, before writing the modified file back to the ECU.
