Autel de Lilith Map: Locations and Rewards in Diablo 4

Autel de Lilith are scattered throughout the vast world of Diablo 4. These hidden shrines offer permanent stat boosts and Renown for all your characters, making them a valuable asset for any player. This guide will delve into the benefits of these altars, the rewards they offer, and how to efficiently locate them using a comprehensive map.

Why are Autel de Lilith Important?

Each Autel de Lilith you discover and activate grants a small but permanent stat boost applied to all your characters. This cumulative effect significantly impacts your overall power, especially beneficial for new characters starting their journey in Sanctuary. Developers have confirmed that these bonuses also carry over into seasonal play.

There are a total of 160 Autel de Lilith in Diablo 4. Each altar also awards 10 Renown points. Accumulating Renown unlocks additional bonuses, both temporary and permanent, further enhancing your characters’ capabilities. Autel de Lilith discoveries are shared across all your characters, including seasonal ones. Hardcore characters share altar discoveries amongst themselves but not with standard mode characters.

Autel de Lilith Rewards

Activating an Autel de Lilith grants one of the following permanent bonuses:

  • +5 Murmuring Obols (currency for gambling)
  • +2 Strength
  • +2 Intelligence
  • +2 Willpower
  • +2 Dexterity
  • +1 Paragon Point (only 4 altars grant this reward)

Efficiently Locating Autel de Lilith

Finding all 160 altars can be a daunting task. Here are some tips to streamline your search:

  • Explore Thoroughly: Autel de Lilith are often tucked away in secluded corners, hidden behind objects like rocks or trees. Strongholds often contain a well-hidden altar.
  • Unlock Your Mount: Unlocking your mount early in the campaign provides a significant advantage. The increased camera distance offers a wider view, and the mount’s speed allows for quicker traversal and bypassing enemy groups.
  • Utilize an Interactive Map: The most efficient way to locate all Autel de Lilith is by using an interactive map specifically designed for Diablo 4. These maps mark each altar’s location, allowing you to track your progress and plan your exploration route.

Autel de Lilith Locations by Region

The world of Sanctuary is divided into five distinct regions, each housing a number of Autel de Lilith. The map below highlights the general location of these altars, with Paragon Point altars marked in green.

Fractured Peaks: Contains 28 Autel de Lilith, none of which grant Paragon Points. Note that not all altars are accessible during the Prologue.

Scosglen: Contains 33 Autel de Lilith, none of which grant Paragon Points.

Dry Steppes: Contains a significant number of altars, including all four that grant Paragon Points. This region should be prioritized once you reach level 50.

Kehjistan: Contains a number of Autel de Lilith, but none grant Paragon Points.

Hawezar: Contains a number of Autel de Lilith, but none grant Paragon Points. Accessing the northeastern altars requires story progression.

Seasonal and New Characters

Autel de Lilith discoveries and their associated Renown are now shared across all characters, including seasonal ones. This eliminates the need to rediscover them with each new character, saving significant time and effort. You only need to find all the altars once in standard mode and once in hardcore mode.
