Return Policy for Autel EVO II Dual V1 and Other Drones
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging materials intact. Crucially, aerial platforms like the Autel EVO II Dual V1 showing any signs of prior flight or use will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Autel EVO II Dual V1 and Commercial/Enterprise Platforms
Custom-configured equipment and commercial/enterprise platforms, including the Autel EVO II Dual V1 used in professional applications, are generally non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Autel EVO II Enterprise Series (including the V1)
- Autel EVO Max Series
- Autel Dragonfish Series
- DJI Matrice Series
- DJI Mavic Enterprise Series
- Other commercial/enterprise drone platforms and related software/hardware.
Items received without an RMA or not meeting the described return conditions will be refused, and the buyer will be responsible for arranging their retrieval from Advexure.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy for Autel EVO II Dual V1
In rare cases, a product might arrive DOA, exhibiting hardware failure preventing basic operation upon first use. For DOA claims, including the Autel EVO II Dual V1, you must submit an RMA request within 10 days of confirmed delivery. DOA items will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model at Advexure’s discretion. After 10 days, warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer, Autel Robotics. Advexure will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved DOA returns and expedite the process. Note: an RMA number is required for all returns, including DOA items.
Liability and Warranty for the Autel EVO II Dual V1
Advexure is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of purchased equipment, including the Autel EVO II Dual V1. Opening product packaging, tampering with internal components, or unauthorized modifications void any return or warranty. Advexure defers to the original manufacturer, Autel Robotics, for all warranty claims and guarantees on the Autel EVO II Dual V1 and other products, as Advexure does not manufacture these items.
Return Shipping and Refunds
Advexure only provides prepaid return shipping labels for approved DOA items. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs for all other authorized returns using a traceable shipping method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued, even for orders initially qualifying for free shipping.
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified upon receipt and provided with an update on your refund status after the inspection.
