Autel Robotics Care is a service plan that provides coverage for accidental damage to your Autel drone, gimbal, and camera during normal operation. For a small additional fee per incident, you can receive repair or replacement services, ensuring your drone is always ready to fly. This plan offers two replacement units within a one-year period. The coverage includes the aircraft body, gimbal, camera, battery, and propellers for Evo II Series drones. Note that batteries and propellers must be returned with the aircraft and gimbal for replacement.

What Does Autel Drone Insurance Cover?
Autel Drone Insurance covers damage resulting from accidents during normal flight operations, such as crashes, collisions, and drops caused by operator error. If your drone sustains damage covered by the plan, Autel Robotics will repair it or provide a replacement unit with equivalent performance and reliability to a brand-new product. The plan aims to minimize downtime and keep you flying. Autel requires the return of the original damaged product as part of the replacement process. The replaced drone becomes Autel’s property, while the replacement drone becomes yours after paying a small service fee. Importantly, this coverage is only valid in the country or region where the Autel Robotics Care plan was originally purchased.

Exclusions of Autel Drone Insurance

Replacement Service Details
Autel Drone Insurance provides two replacement units within one year. Once both replacements have been used, the coverage is considered fulfilled, and the service terminates. The original product must be returned for replacement, becoming Autel’s property, while the replacement becomes the owner’s after paying the service fee.
Cost and Coverage Period
While the initial purchase of Autel Robotics Care covers the cost of repairs or replacements within the allowed number of incidents, there might be additional fees for logistics and taxes if your location isn’t covered by Autel’s service network. Autel may cover shipping to a service area within your country, but you are responsible for postage and taxes to your specific location. The coverage period begins at 0:00 on the start date and ends at 24:00 on the expiration date specified in your service agreement.
Transfer and Cancellation
Autel Robotics Care is non-transferable. You can apply for cancellation if you return your drone according to Autel’s return policy. However, the service cannot be canceled once you’ve started using it or without returning the drone.
