Max Autel Drones: Understanding Advexure’s Return Policy

Autel Robotics, a leading drone manufacturer, offers a range of powerful platforms like the EVO Max series. When purchasing these advanced tools, understanding the retailer’s return policy is crucial. This article outlines Advexure’s return policy for Autel Max drones and other products.

Advexure’s General Return Policy

Advexure accepts returns on most products within 30 days of purchase with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials. Critically, aerial platforms showing any signs of use or prior flights are not eligible for return.

Commercial and Enterprise Platform Sales: No Returns

Custom-configured equipment and commercial/enterprise platforms, including the Autel EVO Max, are non-returnable. This category encompasses a wide range of professional-grade drones and software, such as:

  • Autel Robotics EVO II Enterprise Series
  • Autel Robotics EVO Max
  • Autel Robotics Dragonfish
  • DJI Matrice Series
  • DJI Mavic Enterprise Series

This non-returnable policy highlights the specialized nature of these products and the potential for customization that may render them unsuitable for resale. Customers investing in these high-end solutions should carefully consider their needs before purchasing. Contact Advexure directly with any pre-sales questions about the Autel Max or other enterprise platforms.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

In rare cases, a product may arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA). If your Autel Max or any other product exhibits signs of a hardware malfunction preventing basic operation upon first use, you must submit an RMA request within 10 days of confirmed delivery. Advexure will then provide a prepaid return shipping label and, at its discretion, either repair or replace the DOA item with the same or equivalent model. After the 10-day DOA period, all warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer, Autel Robotics.

Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

Advexure assumes no liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of purchased equipment, including the Autel Max. Advexure does not offer its own warranties on products, instead deferring to the manufacturer’s warranty for any defects or issues arising after the DOA period. Modifying or tampering with a product voids any possibility of return.

Return Shipping Costs and Refunds

Advexure only covers return shipping costs for DOA products. For all other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance expenses. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. Advexure will inspect returned items within 24-48 hours of receipt and provide an update on the refund status.
